Refunds and Exchanges:

IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns for refund or store credit. We do accept exchanges for a different size and/or damaged item(s). 

Exchange must be within 10 days of order/purchase in person, or order delivery via the online store. After the 10 days, we won't be able to accept an exchange. 

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tag attached. In order to complete your return, we will need the following:

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for exchange and the size needed

Email us at info@quniboutique.com with all the information to start your exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label to return the item to us. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Once we receive the item back, we will determine the condition of the item and make sure it is re-sellable. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with a code you can use at checkout.

Please make sure to check the sizing charts when ordering. 

We do not refund Gift Cards or credits for cash value.
