SHIPPING & EXCHANGES:
Shipping Information:
We ship within 2-3 business days with Canada Post. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the order shipping destination. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Canada:
Please choose the shipping method at checkout. The time for shipping does not include the order processing time. If you need your order sooner, please make sure to choose Xpresspost or Priority. Shipping times are not guaranteed and it may take longer that expected.
USA:
Please choose the shipping method at checkout. The time for shipping does not include the order processing time. If you need your order sooner, please make sure to choose Expedited Parcel USA or Canada Post Xpresspost USA. Shipping times are not guaranteed and it may take longer that expected. Once we ship the order via Canada Post and crosses the border, it will be passed to USPS on the U.S. side. Customer is responsible for any duties, import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are determined once package arrives at the import country. Quni Boutique is not responsible for any duties, customs and/or import fees.
International:
Please choose the shipping method at checkout. The time for shipping does not include the order processing time. If you need your order sooner, please make sure to choose Canada Post Xpresspost International. Shipping times are not guaranteed and it may take longer that expected.
Refunds and Exchanges:
IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns for refund or store credit. We do accept exchanges for a different size and/or damaged item(s).
Exchange must be within 10 days of order/purchase in person, or order delivery via the online store. After the 10 days, we won't be able to accept an exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tag attached. In order to complete your return, we will need the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for exchange and the size needed
Email us at info@quniboutique.com with all the information to start your exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label to return the item to us. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Once we receive the item back, we will determine the condition of the item and make sure it is re-sellable. If we accept the exchange, we will trust our best to send the new one as soon as possible. We recommend you to ship with a tracking method.
Please make sure to check the sizing charts when ordering.
We do not refund Gift Cards or credits for cash value.
